A lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association, whose practice centres on Wine Law, Intellectual Property and Agricultural Litigation. His work combines active litigation before courts in several judicial districts with specialised advice to producers, wineries, exporters and investors in the wine sector, both in Portugal and in the European and international context.
He is the editorial lead of VinumLex, a technical archive on Vine and Wine Law, and a regular contributor to Revista Voz do Campo. He has spoken at conferences on Wine Law, planting authorisations and European sector regulation.
